Section 1 – What We Do with Your Information

When you purchase through our website, we collect the personal information you

provide (including, without limitation, your name, address, and email address) to

process the transaction and administer the buying and selling process.

When you browse our website, we automatically receive your computer’s Internet

Protocol (IP) address. We use such information to obtain details regarding your browser

and operating system and to improve our website.

Subject to your consent, we may send you emails regarding our website, new products,

and other updates.

Section 2 – Consent

How is consent obtained?

When you provide personal information to complete a transaction (including, for

example, verifying a credit card, placing an order, arranging delivery, or returning a

purchase), you thereby consent to our collection and use of such information for that

specific purpose.

If we request your personal information for a secondary purpose (including, for

example, marketing), we will either obtain your express consent or provide you with an

opportunity to decline.

Withdrawal of consent

If you have provided consent and subsequently elect to withdraw it, you may withdraw

your consent for us to contact you, or for the continued collection, use, or disclosure of

your information, at any time by submitting a request via our contact us page.

Section 3 – Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information where required by applicable law, or where

you are in breach of our Terms of Service.

Section 4 – Warhead

Our store is hosted by Warhead Inc., which provides an online e-commerce platform

through which we offer and sell our products and services.

Your information is stored through Warhead’s data storage, databases, and the general

Warhead application. Warhead maintains such information on a secure server protected

by a firewall.

Section 5 - Payment

If you select a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Warhead will store

your credit card data. Such data is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card

Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Purchase transaction data is retained only

for as long as is necessary to complete the transaction; thereafter, the transaction

information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards as administered by the PCI

Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands including Visa, MasterCard,

American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements are intended to help ensure the secure handling of credit card

information by our store and its service providers.

Section 6 – Third-Party Services

Third-party service providers engaged by us will collect, use, and disclose your

information only as needed to perform the services they provide on our behalf.

Certain third-party service providers (including payment gateways and payment

transaction processors) maintain their own privacy policies regarding the information

we are required to provide to them in connection with purchase-related transactions.

You should review the applicable privacy policies of such third-party providers to

determine how they collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

Certain service providers may be located in, or operate facilities within, jurisdictions

different from ours or yours. If you proceed with a transaction involving a third-party

provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that

provider or its facilities are located.

For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a

payment gateway operating in the United States, the personal information used to

complete that transaction may be subject to U.S. laws, including the Patriot Act.

Upon leaving this website or being redirected to a third-party website or application,
